McCrory Construction welcomes Katie Bogan as Chief Financial Officer

McCrory Construction announces Katie Bogan, CPA, has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with specific responsibility for the company’s financial systems, accounting functions and financial reporting. Bogan will work alongside long-time McCrory CFO Del Rosebrock who will be retiring at the end of the year.

“Katie’s extensive assurance, advisory and tax experience, combined with her technology services perspective, makes her a great fit for our company and we are excited to welcome her to the McCrory team after a thoughtfully planned search,” said Allen Bridgers, President of McCrory.

McCrory CEO Allen Amsler added, “We are confident in a smooth transition as Del Rosebrock culminates a distinguished career with McCrory of nearly 40 years – during which time he oversaw the planning, management, and monitoring of McCrory’s finances with the utmost precision. Del continues to be an integral part of our executive leadership team and we thank him for all that he’s done over the past four decades to help grow and develop McCrory into one of the Southeast’s top contractors.”

Maintaining the company’s long-term financial stability is critical to McCrory’s continued strong and steady growth in the Carolinas and surrounding region. As a member of McCrory’s executive leadership team, Bogan will be involved in providing strategic direction to achieve both short-term and long-term financial objectives for the firm.

Bogan comes to McCrory with 19 years of financial management and operations experience and the prestigious professional credential of Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Her career history includes 15 years with PwC, LLP, after which she joined Cyberwoven’s leadership team, also in Columbia. Bogan is a member of AICPA and is a 2003 graduate of the University of South Carolina.
