Calling all Boy Moms! Aunts, grandmothers, and godmothers, too! Grab your favorite little guy(s) and join the Greenville County Medical Society Alliance (GCMSA) for fun and a memorable night of dancing with a live DJ, food and drinks, raffle, silent auction, photo booth, and more!
On Friday, April 10th, the GCMSA will be hosting Boogie in Your Bowtie: Mother-Son Dance at the Poinsett Club (807 E. Washington St., Greenville). Doors open at 5:30pm for VIP ticket holders and 6:30pm for General Admission ticket holders. After a night of food, dancing, and all sorts of fun (including a silent auction and shopping for raffle items), all before bedtime by 8:30 p.m.
This is the third time the GCMSA has held Boogie in Your Bow Tie. Beneficiaries from previous year’s events include Serenity Place/The Family Effect (2019) and the Michael Blake Foundation (2023). Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit Project Hope Foundation. The mission of Project Hope is to provide a full lifespan of autism services across the spectrum with four core programs: therapy, education, adult services, and community engagement. More information about Project Hope can be found at projecthopesc.org.
“We are so excited to bring this event back to the community,” said Candace Baird, GCMSA President. “We had such a good response at the prior two events that I wouldn’t be surprised if this is another sellout year! Knowing that all the proceeds will benefit Project Hope, which is doing such incredible things for the autism community, makes us all so happy and grateful that we get to do this.”
Tickets must be purchased in advance. For tickets, event information, and raffle item previews, visit gcmsa.org/boogie.
