GREENVILLE, S.C.— Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty has honored its top agents for June.
In the Greenville office, the top agents for transactions closed for buyer clients were Alexis Furman and Drew Torres and the top agents for listings sold were Grace Herlong Loveless and Patrick Furman. In the Clemson office, the top agent for listings sold was Diane Bostrom and the top agent for transactions closed for buyer clients was Lisa Vogel.
Greenville native Alexis Furman earned a bachelor’s degree from Clemson and went on to earn her master’s degree in liberal arts and history. She joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2016 and, in 2020, became a member of the Chairman’s Circle.
A University of South Carolina Graduate, Torres worked as an enterprise manager for ForceBrands in New York City following his graduation. However, in 2019, he moved to Greenville to work in real estate. Torres was Rookie of the Year in 2020 and earned International Diamond Society status, which is for the top 15% of agents globally in the chain.
Loveless, a Greenville native, moved around the Southeast due to her work for BMW before joining the Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty team in 2017. In her first year, she sold more than $9 million and was named the company’s Rookie of the Year. She became a member of the President’s Circle in 2020.
Patrick Furman is originally from Upstate New York. Before joining Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, he spent fifteen years working in the title sector of real estate and owned a regional title search and property research company for the last eight of those years. Patrick Furman is also a part of the Furman Group, which led Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in volume in 2020. That same year, he became a member of the President’s Circle.
A New York native, Bostrom earned a degree in Animal Science from State University of New York at Cobleskill. She spent years working in agriculture before making the leap to join the real estate industry. Before joining Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in the spring of 2021, she worked with companies such as ReMax, Allen Tate, First Choice Realty and the Reserve at Lake Keowee. She became a member of the President’s Circle in 2021.
Before Vogel joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, she was one of the top 5% of agents at Coldwell Banker and a member of the firm’s President’s Circle Society. Prior to that, she was Broker-in-Charge for one of the largest North Carolina real estate companies.
