Wagner Wealth Management’s Edwards honored by Greenville Business Magazine

GREENVILLE, SC – Mimi Edwards, Chief Operating Officer for Wagner Wealth Management, has been named an SC Women in Business Award honoree.

The SC Women in Business Awards are for female entrepreneurs, executives, employees and organizations they run and those who are making a difference. They are awarded by INTEGRATED MEDIA, which is the parent company of Greenville Business Magazine, Columbia Business Monthly, B2B: The Grand Strand, B2B PeeDee Business and Charleston Business Magazine. This prestigious award honors selected businesswomen across South Carolina based on career achievements, contributions to their company, and community involvement. 

Edwards earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Arts in Middle-Level Teaching with a concentration in English and math from Clemson University.

After raising a family and working in education, Edwards started a new career in the financial industry in 2015 and joined Wagner Wealth in 2017. Since joining the industry, Edwards has obtained her Life and Health Insurance license, Series 7 and 66 licenses as well as her Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation.
