Urban Wren, a full service restaurant concept located in Markley Station, recently announced the promotion of Travis Giarratana to General Manager. Prior to this promotion, Giarratana served as Assistant General Manager for the restaurant brand.
Originally from Delray Beach, Florida, Giarratana came to the Upstate to attend Furman University. Since that time, he has spent six years in the hospitality industry, most recently at Halls Chophouse. In his role as General Manager, he will be responsible for overseeing the overall success of the Urban Wren restaurant, as well as the Loft event space.
“We are thrilled that Travis is here to take on this new level of leadership within the Urban Wren brand,” said Nick Lincoln, Executive Director of Urban Wren. “We know that his passion for food, wine and spirits, and his experience in this industry will be a strong benefit to us, and we are looking forward to what he can do at Urban Wren in this position.”
