Trinity Partners secures lease extension of Greenville industrial facility

Trinity Partners has successfully finalized the lease extension of Key Input Solutions at one of their facilities in the Upstate region of South Carolina. The property, located at 535 John Ross Court in Pelzer, SC contains 10,000 square feet.

Key Input Solutions develops microbial based technologies that are designed to perform crucial functions that replace chemicals whose excessive use has negative environmental impacts.

Bruce Harper, SIOR, one of the founding partners of the Columbia firm, represented the landlord in the transaction.
