Toates Law Firm has added Jan Horton, Esq. and Lauren Wagner, Esq., further strengthening the growing Firm and expanding the Commercial Real Estate practice.

Horton joins Toates Law Firm with extensive experience representing buyers and sellers for residential and commercial transactions. Her background includes twenty five years of experience, including owning and managing a law practice. What Jan enjoys most about her work is getting to know her clients — learning their stories, understanding their goals, and being part of such an important chapter in their lives. Her experience and level of service set her apart in Greenville’s legal market.

Wagner brings a strong track record in estate planning and residential real estate transactions with an emphasis on curative title and abstracting. With eight years of experience, Lauren has honed a craft of analyzing and curing title defects. She’s also meticulous and determined, which will make her an asset to Toates’ commercial practice.
