Coldwell Banker Caine welcomed Tina Colgan as a Realtor in its Greenville office.

With more than two decades of experience working alongside top remodelers and builders, Colgan brings a designer’s eye and a genuine passion for helping clients find homes they love.

Before joining Coldwell Banker Caine, she specialized in kitchen and bath design, collaborating with some of the nation’s leading remodelers and, most recently, a luxury custom home builder in the Lake Keowee communities, where her work was featured in local and national publications. Her experience with layout, materials, and function taught her how thoughtful design influences the way people live—and it’s a perspective she brings to every client relationship.
