The Greenville Housing Authority brings on new Deputy Assistant

GREENVILLE, SC - The Greenville Housing Authority has added  Justyn Cox, as its new Deputy Assistant. 


Cox holds a master of public administration from the University of Delaware and a bachelor of arts from Wesley College. He brings a wealth of public service experience to his role, having previously served as a Fellow with the Baltimore County Department of Housing and Community Development, a Program Outreach and Support Coordinator with MENTOR MDDC, and a Legislative Fellow with the Delaware State Legislature.


“We’re very excited to welcome Justyn to the team,”  said Terril Bates, CEO of Housing Authority. “His background in housing, legislative policy, and community engagement makes him an incredible asset as we work to address some of Greenville’s most pressing challenges.”

The Greenville Housing Authority administers federal funds and provides vouchers for 3000 households which serve nearly 9,000 members including the elderly, disabled, veterans and children disabled households. TGHA issues payments of $30 million to private property owners annually.
