Shops at Greenville signs long-term leases

The Shops at Greenridge announced a slate of long-term lease renewals from cornerstone retailers and restaurants, underscoring the center’s continued strength and appeal in the Upstate market. The open-air destination is now 97.3% leased and gearing up to welcome QDOBA in Q1 2026.


“Greenridge has consistently delivered everyday ease with an elevated experience – places to shop, dine, and take care of yourself in one stop,” said Sandra Lempesis, owner of Urban Nirvana. “Our renewed commitment reflects the loyalty we see every day from Greenville-area guests and the confidence we have in where this center is headed.”

What’s Next: QDOBA coming Q1 2026Adding to the center’s fast-casual lineup, QDOBA is anticipated to open in early 2026, bringing customizable burritos, bowls, and quesadillas to the heart of Greenridge. The restaurant known for its fresh flavor will add another easy lunch or dinner option to the center’s already robust dining scene.
