Old Cigar Warehouse honored by App NACE

GREENVILLE, S.C. -- The Old Cigar Warehouse has been honored as the Venue of the Year by the Appalachian chapter of the National Association for Catering and Events.

Located in downtown Greenville, The Old Cigar Warehouse has been one the region’s leading wedding and event venues in the region since it’s opening in 2013. It is part of High Spirits Hospitality, the company founded and led by Tammy Johnson, one of the most accomplished young business leaders in the Upstate.

“This honor means a lot to me and the High Spirits team because it was voted on and awarded by our industry peers,” Johnson said.

The National Association for Catering and Events (NACE) is the first non-profit national organization for caterers, event planners and event professionals that provides education, certification and a network of resources for members in all segments of the hospitality industry. The Appalachian chapter encompasses the Upstate of South Carolina as Western North Carolina.
