McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture is pleased to announce Anne Maguire’s return to the firm as Director of Project Delivery. In this role, Anne will work closely with firm leadership and project management teams. She will provide guidance, direction and increased training opportunities in a continued effort to support effective project planning and management. Through these initiatives, Anne will reinforce the firm’s commitment to design delivery success and client satisfaction.
Anne brings over 30 years of project design and management experience to the team. Upon McMillan Pazdan Smith’s asset acquisition of McKellar & Associates in 2012, Anne served as the Director of Operations for the firm’s Charleston office. In this role, Anne demonstrated consistent professionalism in her practice, with attention to project and operational organization, leadership, and excellence. Anne also developed and implemented a firmwide technical integration process for standards, specifications, and quality control procedures that created a streamlined workflow and enhanced project delivery success. In previous roles, Anne has served as Senior Project Manager with a focus on Architectural Practice, overseeing technical projects ranging in size and complexity.
“Anne’s leadership and management abilities were instrumental in the growth of our Charleston office, and we are thrilled she has re-joined us in this capacity,” said Chad Cousins, McMillan Pazdan Smith’s Chief Executive Officer. “We look forward to utilizing her knowledge and experience to support our mission of being client-focused, service oriented, value driven and award winning.”
