KDS Commercial Properties announces third quarter 2020 transactions

Brad Doyle, Senior Advisor & Office Specialist of KDS Commercial Properties represented the buyer, Child’s Law Firm, LLC, in the purchase of 20 Center Street in Travelers Rest, S.C. for the relocation of their office.


Gary Kirby, Advisor & Industrial Specialist of KDS Commercial Properties, represented CSM Logistics, LLC of New Rochelle, N.Y. in leasing 12,500-square-foot industrial space at 4835 Sirona Drive from Prologis near the Charlotte, N.C. airport.


Brad Doyle, Senior Advisor & Office Specialist, and Mark Ratchford, Managing Partner of KDS Commercial Properties, represented Grace Church in the purchase of 111,650-square-foot building on 12.05 acres of land at 999 Geer Hwy in Travelers Rest, which will be undergoing significant renovations and site work to suit their Travelers Rest campus.

Harry Croxton, Senior Advisor & Retail Specialist of KDS Commercial Properties, represented Zylo Therapeutics, Inc in leasing 105 Ben Hamby Drive, Suite A in Greenville, S.C.


Mike Kiriakides, CCIM, Founding Partner of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the purchaser, Bullseye Properties, in the purchase of the last office pad site at 401 Roper Creek Drive in Roper Professional Park in Greenville, S.C.


Gary Kirby, KDS Commercial Properties Advisor & Industrial Specialist, represented the Maple Creek Shopping Center owner in leasing 1200-square-foot of new retail space in Greer. S.C. to a local business owner.


Mark Masaschi, Senior Partner of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the landlord, CP Enterprises, in a 15-year ground lease to JP Morgan Chase Bank. The property is located at 652 Haywood Road and is situated at the main entrance to Haywood Mall in Greenville, S.C.


Mark Ratchford, Managing Partner of KDS Commercial Properties and Brad Doyle, KDS Senior Advisor & Office Specialist, represented seller of 8 South Poinsett Hwy in the sale of +/- 1,522-square-foot commercial building in downtown Travelers Rest, S.C.


Brad Doyle, KDS Commercial Properties Senior Advisor & Office Specialist, and Mark Ratchford, Managing Partner of KDS Commercial Properties, represented Fred LLC in the purchase of a 22,000-square-foot building at 108 Frederick Street in Greenville, S.C., which was the former corporate headquarters of World Acceptance Corporation.


Larry Webb, Senior Advisor of KDS Commercial Properties, represented Katie and Eric Skoloff in the acquisition of the iconic FlatIron building at 1211 Pendleton Street, located in Greenville’s West End Village.
