GREENVILLE, S.C. — Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty has added four Associates: Amanda Chvatal, Jessica Kilcoyne, Joyce Bedenk, and Tom Bedenk.
Chvatal has been in the real estate business for almost ten years having come to the Upstate from the Chicago area in the past few months. An Iowa State University grad, she truly loves her clients—many of them end up becoming friends.
Kilcoyne is a third-generation Greenville realtor, who spent almost a decade in healthcare before switching careers. A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a master’s from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, she also brings experience as a local real estate investor and renovator to her exceptional people skills.
Joyce Bedenk and Tom Bedenk worked a variety of careers in the corporate sector in places such as Dallas, Minneapolis, and Chicago before retiring to build a house on Lake Keowee. During the pandemic, the Bedenks decided to combine their business skills with their real estate interests, so they obtained real estate licenses in South Carolina and Georgia and joined the Joan Herlong & Associates team to work alongside other top-selling real estate professionals. Both are graduates of Bowling Green State University.
