The Furman Group, the number one team with Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, is expanding with the addition of Matt Nocks.
Nocks has been a President’s Circle winner in 2020 and 2021, which signifies he did more than $5 million total sales for Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in a calendar year. In addition, he won the Most Improved Award in 2020 for highest increase in sales percentage. A Greenville native, he holds degrees from Mars Hill University, where he also played soccer, and Furman University. He is an expert on market conditions and best practices in real estate.
He joins The Furman Group, which consists of Patrick Furman and Samantha Snyder. The Furman Group was Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty’s leader in volume in 2020 and 2021.
