GREENVILLE, S.C. — Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty has honored its top Associates for March.
In the Greenville office, the top agents for listings sold were Grace Herlong Loveless, Samantha Snyder, and Patrick Furman and the top agents for properties sold for buyer clients were Christy Ross and Matt Crider. In the Clemson office, the top agent for properties sold for buyer clients was Diane Bostrom.
Loveless, a Greenville native, moved around the Southeast due to her work for BMW before joining the Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty team in 2017. In her first year, she sold more than $9 million and was named the company’s Rookie of the Year. She became a member of the President’s Circle, which is for Associates who did more than $5 million in sales, and the Chairman’s Circle, which is for Associates who did more than $10 million in sales, in 2021 and 2022.
An Upstate New York native, Furman spent fifteen years working in the title sector of real estate and owned a regional title search and property research company for the last eight of those years. Furman is also a part of the Furman Group. He has been a member of the President’s Circle for the past three years.
Snyder is originally from Upstate New York and after moving around the east coast for her husband’s work, they settled in Greenville after falling in love with the city after a short overnight stop. She already had experience in luxury sales from selling luxury cars, and her passion for sales and service led her to Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty. She won the Rocket Award in 2020 and was a member of the President’s Circle in 2022. She also is a part of the Furman Group.
A valued member of Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty since April 2018, Ross comes from a “long line of negotiators” as many of her family members have worked in real estate. Ross brings expert knowledge of the Greenville and Spartanburg markets to her clients.
Crider joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty as a Sales Associate, but underwent the necessary training in order to become a Broker Associate. In 2020, Crider was the company’s Top Producer, and has been named to the President’s Circle and Chairman’s Circle in successive years since.
Bostrom has been with Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty since April 2021 and she became a member of the Chairman’s Circle in 2021 and the President’s Circle in 2022. She is committed to her clients—she once drove from Clemson to Charleston and back just to help a client with a closing.
