GREENVILLE, S.C. — Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty has honored its top Associates for October.
In the Clemson office, the top agents for transactions closed for buyer clients were Amy Hammond and David Vandeputte, and the top agent for listings sold was Diane Bostrom. In the Greenville office, the top agents for transactions closed for buyer clients were Jessica Kilcoyne and Kim Crain, and the top agents for listings sold were Brittney Bolt and Grace Herlong Loveless.
Hammond earned her Real Estate Broker license from the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate in 1996. In 2020, she joined the Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty President’s Circle. In 2021, Hammond was the top producer company-wide, Most Valuable Associate of the Clemson office, became a member of the Chairman’s Circle for doing more than $10 million in sales volume, and received a Skyrocket Award.
Starting with Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2021, Vandeputte is a guru of the Upstate golf course communities with an emphasis on the mountain/lakes region. He earned a Skyrocket Award and President’s Circle Award, which is for sales volume over $5 million, in 2022. Before moving into real estate, he worked in IT for Compuware and for ten years, as well as owned and managed his own retail golf shop, Motor City Golf.
Bostrom has been with Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty since April 2021 and she became a member of the Chairman’s Circle in 2021, and the President’s Circle in 2022. She is committed to her clients and making sure they get the best service each time.
Kilcoyne has always had a passion for real estate. She’s a third-generation Greenville realtor, a local real estate investor and renovator, and has experience acquiring and managing short and long-term rental properties. She joined Joan Herlong & Associates in 2022.
Crain is a real estate veteran licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina with experience from within the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, most recently serving as an agent of Daniel Ravenel Sotheby's International Realty in Charleston, South Carolina, with a specialty in both historic homes and coastal properties.
Licensed since 2012, Bolt describes herself as a naturally-curious “lover of relationships.” A Greenville, native, Bolt comes from a real estate family, and meeting new people, learning about them, and learning from them is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.
Born in Greenville, Loveless joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017 after a career in luxury automobiles. In her first year, she sold more than $9 million and was named the company’s Rookie of the Year. She became a member of the President’s Circle in 2020, and the Chairman’s Circle in 2021 and 2022.
