Jackson Lewis elevates J. Brendan Kelley to principal in Greenville

Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. announced that J. Brendan Kelley of the firm’s Greenville office has been elevated to principal, effective January 1, 2026. Brendan focuses his practice on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

This achievement reflects the dedication and high standard of excellence they bring to Jackson Lewis.”


Brendan defends employers against claims brought against them under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, claims related to restrictive covenants and various tort claims such as negligence, negligent hiring and retention and wrongful discharge in federal and state courts and arbitration. He also represents clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other federal and state administrative agencies.


Brendan earned his J.D. from University of South Carolina School of Law and his B.S. from Bob Jones University.
