recently promoted Katie Disper to Senior Integrated Marketing Manager and Meghan Dimas to Senior Manager of Analytics and Insights.

As Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, Katie Disper oversees strategic planning and executing marketing initiatives across digital, traditional and social channels. In this role, she will expand her supervisory responsibilities and implement account management best practices across the agency.
Disper graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and a minor in corporate communications. Prior to joining Infinity in 2017, she gained experience working at advertising agencies focusing on industries such as healthcare, hospitality, tourism, professional sports, entertainment and higher education.
Meghan Dimas leads Infinity’s Analytics Department in her recent promotion to Senior Manager of Analytics and Insights. She has built a strong track record of success in analytics, digital marketing, and strategy for healthcare, higher education, financial services and retail industries. Dimas supports all Infinity client accounts with powerful interactive dashboards. She automates and streamlines internal and client reporting and drives strategy for agency analytics processes, CRM/behavior-based marketing, benchmarking, digital reporting and insight generation.
Dimas is a graduate of Ohio University where she earned a degree in strategic communications and minored in political science. Her prior experience includes positions in the retail and financial services industries working for the Sears Holdings corporate offices and OptionsHouse (now part of E*TRADE). She has several certifications from Google Ads, Google Analytics, The Trade Desk and SEMrush.
