Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd adds Lauren Rounsville to Real Estate group

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A., has added Lauren Rounsville to the firm’s Real Estate practice group as special counsel.

Rounsville represents developers, investors, lenders, small business owners and individuals with commercial real estate and corporate matters. She drafts and negotiates purchase and sale contracts, lease agreements, restrictive covenants, easements, development agreements, operating agreements and loan documents. Rounsville also advises small business owners on corporate formation and asset purchases. She earned her law degree from Charleston School of Law.
