GREENVILLE, S.C. – Grace Herlong Loveless has been named one of Greenville’s Best and Brightest under age 35.
A real estate agent with Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, she is a Greenville native, and a graduate of Furman University. Post college, she worked as a Dealer Development Project Manager for BMW. In that role, she served as a liaison between corporate and more than 100 dealerships.
Loveless moved back to Greenville in 2017 and joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty. In her first year, she was named Rookie of the Year, and has since become a member of the President’s Circle for selling more than $5 million in total volume yearly. She also was featured in a 2020 episode of HGTV’s House Hunters.
