Endeavor welcomes three new entrepreneurs to its coworking community

A restaurateur, accountant, and HR expert choose workspaces at Endeavor

Endeavor, a coworking and shared office space community in downtown Greenville’s LEED-certified ONE tower, announces three new members: Olivia Esquivel, co-founder of Southern Pressed Juicery; Matt Green, founder and president of Ledger Medial; and Jennifer Floyd, president of HR Experts on Demand.

As a former public relations executive who used to represent a coworking space as a client, Southern Pressed Juicery co-founder Olivia Esquivel understands the value a diverse community can bring to a business. “With the right mix, it can lead to some really interesting and unexpected collaborations. That’s what I’ve found happening at Endeavor,” said Esquivel. Esquivel, who moved to Greenville from a larger market, also appreciates the location and urban feel that comes with being based in the heart of downtown Greenville.

Greenville native Matt Green founded his accounting firm, Ledger Medial, in 2020. Green finds that Endeavor, with its numerous amenities and supportive staff, aligns with his belief that accounting firms can be lean and operationally efficient – allowing his team to focus 100% of their energy on their clients. “Endeavor provides a cost-effective option for those who thought having a nice office in downtown Greenville was unattainable,” said Green.

Jennifer Floyd, president of HR Experts on Demand, said Endeavor helps her focus on what is important for her business as well – offering outsourced HR support and personalized consulting services to her clients. On choosing Endeavor, Floyd said, “It is the easiest decision you can make. No stress about a lease, IT connectivity, or office furniture. You just get to work without distraction and focus your time on what is most important.”

Office and Desk members of Endeavor enjoy 24/7 access, and all members and day pass visitors can utilize Endeavor’s large open workspaces overlooking City Plaza Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. where the amenities include:

  • Comfortable sitting areas with worktables, standing desks, soft seating and oversized monitors

  • Member concierge and assistance

  • High-speed, secure Wi-fi/Internet

  • Private telephone booths

  • Community kitchen/café area, including bottomless coffee

  • State-of-the-art gym and shower on site

  • Opportunity to connect with Endeavor members who offer a wide range of services to help build businesses

  • Free training and professional development opportunities

  • Meeting rooms and event spaces

Despite the pandemic, many markets globally have shown increased demand for flexible workspace. Commercial real estate company JLL predicts that 30% of all office space will be consumed flexibly by 2030. Endeavor has shown steady growth throughout its nearly five years and is pleased to welcome new members to its vibrant space.
