Countybanc Insurance announced Tammy Hendrix, Personal Lines Sales Representative and Account Manager for Countybanc Insurance Services in Greer, recently earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Elite designation.

The CISR designation is attributed to outstanding individuals who provide exceptional account management and customer service. It is a nationally recognized educational program that includes five courses covering a variety of claims and risks topics. The CISR Elite distinction is granted to CISRs who have taken their commitment of service to an even higher level, completing four additional exams beyond what is required to earn the CISR designation.
To earn this status, Tammy successfully completed all nine courses and will maintain her designation by taking a refresher course each year. Tammy earned her original CISR certification in 2018, now expanding her skills in the elite category.
Tammy has an extensive background in customer service with more than 30 years of experience. She has served on the Countybanc Insurance team since 2017 in a variety of positions, specializing in providing customers with answers to insurance questions and understanding their needs.
Tammy is a native of Greer and remains here to raise her children with the same small-town community feel. Tammy appreciates the local ties that working in her community provides for both her business ventures and personal life.
