Community welcomes Park View Greer

GREER, S.C. –  Community leaders gathered Wednesday night to unveil Park View Greer, a  state-of-the-art, 257-unit mixed use community.

Announced in the summer of 2020, this community is focused on residential comfort and sophistication coupled with superior amenities, desirable services, and an address in downtown Greer that allows people to enjoy urban conveniences without giving up on peace and quiet.

Amenities include a coffee bar, pool, fitness center, pet park,  community lounge with a fourth-floor outdoor terrace, and 24-hour service availability. The one and two-bedroom apartments feature stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, private balconies, and more.
