Colliers | South Carolina has added James Hyatt as a Brokerage Associate in its Greenville office.
Hyatt will be a member of the land and commercial brokerage team, focusing on the sale of large recreational land tracts and timber acreage. He will work with various groups of clients and provide clear, data-driven insights that guide clients to make smart decisions.

Hyatt graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor's degree in packaging science and a minor in business administration. Prior to joining Colliers, he founded and operated a land investment business, closing over 700 transactions across the Southeast.
