Colliers facilitates sale of 80,000-square-foot industrial building in Duncan, SC
Colliers’ flex/industrial broker Richard Barrett, MCR represented Berry Shoals Industrial LLC in the purchase of 80,000 square feet of industrial space at 961 Berry Shoals Road in Duncan from ATA Properties LLC, a South Carolina company.
The parent company of Berry Shoals Industrial LLC is a Chicago-based investment group with multiple holdings in the Upstate region of South Carolina. The investment group chose 961 Berry Shoals Road in part due to its central location in the Upstate and industrial growth in the area.
“This was a significant expansion for this investment group with their holdings in the Upstate,” said Barrett, Senior Brokerage Associate at Colliers. “It can present a building for immediate occupancy that is competitive and expandable.”
961 Berry Shoals Road has a strong location off Highway 101 near Interstate 85. The 80,000-square-foot industrial building features 18- to 23-foot clear heights, one drive-in bay, nine exterior dock doors, LED lighting and is 100% sprinklered. The building was formerly occupied by LeMans Karting and is now available for lease. Colliers will be responsible for the leasing and marketing of the property.
