Colliers | South Carolina Senior Brokerage Associate Richard Barrett, MCR represented SunCap Properties in the lease of ±19,200 square feet of industrial flex space at 200 Forrester Drive in Greenville to MMC.
MMC is a metal service provider dedicated to supporting the power generation, aerospace defense and general engineering industries worldwide. The privately owned family business was established in 2008 and currently has locations in Connecticut and England. This will be their first location in South Carolina.

Forrester Park is a ±236,800-square-foot light distribution and manufacturing center comprised of three multi-tenant buildings located off Laurens Road in Greenville. With the lease of this ±19,200-square-foot space, the park now sits at full occupancy.
