BASF names Elba Lizardi new Seneca Site Director

SENECA, S.C. Oct. 13, 2020 — BASF has named Elba Lizardi as the Site Director for its Seneca manufacturing facility in Oconee County.

Lizardi has been in the manufacturing industry for more than 25 years. She previously served as Global Product Manager for Battery Recycling at BASF’s site in Iselin, New Jersey. Before that, Lizardi worked as Operations Director for a well-known global science and chemicals company. She has also held a variety of positions around the globe, including the U.S., Mexico and South Africa.

I’m honored to lead the Seneca Site,” said Lizardi. “I have already discovered some of the most talented people in the Upstate here on our BASF team, and I look forward to continuing to build our talent and give back to our community.”
