Golden Oaks Industrial Park is a five-building park located off of Miller Road in Greenville, SC. Tenants enjoy the nearby amenities of Woodruff Road with quick access to both I-85 and I-385. This lease takes the park to nearly full occupancy, leaving only one ±4,000-square-foot suite for lease.
Amerimed Emergency Medical Services is a family-owned medical transportation company that specializes in a wide range of high-performance EMS systems including emergency, non-emergency, critical care, behavioral health and more. It is headquartered in Buford, GA with several locations across the Southeast and Midwest. This will be its first location in Greenville and its third in South Carolina.
